About The Position

The Printer is responsible for setting up and operating semi-automatic printing equipment to produce high-quality print materials that meet customer specifications and production deadlines. This role plays a key part in maintaining print quality, monitoring press performance, and ensuring all work is completed according to company safety, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
2-3 years of related manufacturing, production, or printing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret job tickets, instructions, and production specifications.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate color, design, layout, and print quality.
Ability to perform basic math calculations, including fractions and decimals.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions while working independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Printing or press operation experience.
Experience working in a commercial print, screen print, digital print, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of print quality standards, color matching, and registration.
Experience operating semi-automatic or automated production equipment.
Familiarity with production workflows and quality inspection processes.
