About The Position

Misericordia University is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Printer. The role is responsible for setting up and operating screen-printing equipment, producing high-quality printed products, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on schedule. The Screen Printer prepares screens, inks, and materials; prints designs on apparel and other promotional products according to customer specifications; checks finished products for quality and accuracy; maintains equipment and work areas; monitors production supplies; and assists with packaging and order preparation as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production deadlines.
• Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience may be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Previous screen-printing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate screen-printing presses and related equipment.
• Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs.
• Print designs on apparel and other promotional products according to customer specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Clean and maintain screens, presses, and work areas.
• Monitor inventory of inks and production supplies.
• Assist with packaging and order preparation as needed.
