About The Position
A BAS Systems Tech is responsible for troubleshooting Building Automation System issues, utility systems, and other facility Operational Technology (OT) systems. The position supports building operations, energy management, system optimization, and predictive maintenance by ensuring the BAS system provides accurate, accessible, secure, and reliable data with maximum system uptime.
Requirements
- Must be a current incumbent on the FOMSS II Contract.
Responsibilities
- Program and repair BAS utility meters. Verify meter accuracy.
- Maintain network cards for Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, BACnet, Modbus, and other building control systems.
- Develop and maintain databases for spare parts stock / inventory
- Provide training for BAS desk team related to legacy BAS components.
- Assist with BAS color floor plan updates.
