About The Position

Innovative, Inc., a Microsoft, VMWare, HPE, and Cisco Premier Certified Partner, is looking for a Systems Technician to join our fast-growing team in Hagerstown, MD. In this L1/L2 Technician role, you will have access to a wide variety of challenging tickets across multiple technologies. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with end users and business owners in the region as we help their businesses grow by leveraging technology.

Requirements

• Experience building PCs
• 1-3+ years of Help Desk/System Admin experience
• MCP
• Familiarity with time logging/tracking

Nice To Haves

• A+, Net+, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE
• Experience supporting Small Business network infrastructure
• Cisco/Avaya or other telephony experience
