About The Position

As a Systems Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our team's hardware, user accounts, and essential IT platforms. In this hands-on role, you will manage user account provisioning and MFA enrollment during onboarding and offboarding, troubleshoot endpoint devices, and provide front-line Salesforce CRM support and basic administration. Beyond resolving daily user tickets, you will manage hardware assets, track software licenses, and build clear technical and self-service documentation. Requirements

  • 1-3 Years in IT support or helpdesk, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience administering a cloud productivity suite, including user, group, and license management
  • Familiarity with a major CRM platform as a user or junior administrator
  • Basic networking literacy regarding TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, etc.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to create, edit, and maintain technical documentation
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders on technical issues

Nice To Haves

  • Technical certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, etc.
  • Exposure to mobile device management tools
  • Experience with automation scripting
  • Familiarity with support ticketing platforms
  • Physical access control/security industry background

Responsibilities

  • Initial point of support for all laptops, desktops, peripherals, video displays, and conference room equipment.
  • Front-line Salesforce CRM support for users, permissions, case triage, basic troubleshooting
  • Salesforce CRM workflow and general system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Initial point of support for user account management, password resets, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding (provisioning, MFA enrollment, deprovisioning)
  • User and group administration within the company IDP/user account management platform.
  • Manage the helpdesk ticket queue to accurately reflect current workload, problem systems, etc.
  • End user software license tracking.
  • Management and asset tracking of end-user devices and equipment.
  • Endpoint enrollment and software deployment.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation related to IT processes and procedures.
  • Create and maintain end user self-service helpdesk documentation
