About The Position
Conduent is seeking a Systems Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of an organization’s systems, ensuring efficiency, security, and alignment with business goals. This position is contingent upon the award of a government contract. Recruiting and interviewing activities may occur prior to contract award; however, employment and start dates are subject to contract award, funding, customer approval requirements, and/or satisfaction of any applicable pre-employment conditions.
Requirements
- Eight (8) years of supervisory experience in Medicaid systems design, development, and implementation (DDI)
- Eight (8) years of recent experience managing DDI work within multiple functional areas of an MMIS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical contact with the client
- Day-to-day liaison with the client
- Hire and train system maintenance and modification staff
- Develop and manage procedures for routine maintenance
- Required as key personnel through the term of the contract
