About The Position
The Boeing Company’s Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced or Senior Systems Integration Specialist to join its team in Seattle, Washington. The role supports SAP systems by coordinating with business units, IT teams, technical teams, and external vendors to understand business needs, resolve system issues, and deliver enhancements. The specialist will document requirements, manage and prioritize break/fix tickets, coordinate testing, analyze business processes, track investments in SAP capabilities, and support change management. The role also includes producing reports and dashboards for business and IT leaders and helping end users learn about system enhancements and new functionality.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience using SAP for system support, business planning, and analysis.
- At least 3 years of experience using SAP for property and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams.
- Problem-solving skills focused on timely resolution of system issues.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units and IT to understand and document requirements for SAP enhancements and system improvements.
- Manage and prioritize break/fix tickets related to SAP issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate testing activities for SAP enhancements, including developing test plans and test cases and executing testing cycles.
- Analyze business processes and provide insights to optimize SAP usage and improve operational efficiency.
- Track and manage investments in SAP capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and return on investment.
- Support change management activities related to SAP system updates and enhancements.
- Liaise with SAP technical teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for business and IT leadership on SAP system performance, issues, and project statuses.
- Assist in training and supporting end users regarding SAP system enhancements and new functionalities.
