About The Position

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Associate System Integration Specialist (Level 2) for its team in Dallas, Texas. The role is part of the Business Support Services GOLDesp database administration team. GOLDesp is Boeing’s Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Supply Chain management system of record, supporting lifecycle sustainment for maintenance, supply management, asset visibility and availability, and financials for internal and external customers.

The specialist troubleshoots system issues, uploads part information, analyzes reports, and works with IT to support programs. The position analyzes and governs business and technical processes to develop improved business information processing systems and analytics aligned with enterprise strategies. It represents business units in defining enterprise requirements and technology business cases, coordinates system and data requirements with business and technology teams, and supports system deployment through testing, training, and access administration.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in production systems and supply chain integration.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
• At least 1 year of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
• At least 1 year of experience with requirements development and documentation.
• At least 1 year of experience in business case analysis, including problem identification, quantitative modeling, and problem solving.
• At least 1 year of experience with business requirements and analysis on teams and projects involving cross-functional and/or cross-business domains with management interface.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and MS Project.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MS2, GOLD, TAV, WOW, COPPR, NWP, and supply chain processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills for triaging, diagnosing, and resolving incidents.
• Strong knowledge and experience in a military supply support environment, including demand and inventory management of company-owned, customer-owned, and program/contract material.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional interaction with end users, programs, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, Engineering, Quality, IT, and other groups.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile.

Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and integrate business information requirements and coordinate change activities.
• Develop and implement business architecture based on information requirements.
• Monitor business information and perform related quality control actions.
• Develop, govern, and enhance information dashboards and reports.
• Develop and execute system readiness testing.
• Administer and monitor systems after implementation.
• Perform project management tasks related to business information integration activities.
• Manage system changes and integration efforts.
• Execute complex queries and mass data updates.
• Perform in-depth data analysis.
• Provide end-user support, including immediate system and data guidance, FAQ management, issue analysis, and training design and delivery.
• Troubleshoot system issues and upload part information.
• Conduct report analysis and work with IT to support programs.
• Coordinate system and data requirements, including system functions, output requirements, data acquisition, report development, and user testing and acceptance.
• Support deployed systems by providing training and access.
