About The Position

STR is seeking a System Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer to support integration and testing of advanced multi-function RF systems in its Woburn, Massachusetts office. The role involves subsystem- and system-level integration and testing of software, firmware, and hardware components, including building test sets and test software to verify interfaces and functionality against requirements. The engineer will work with development teams to conduct system testing in a software-in-the-loop (SIL) environment and during field tests, and will contribute to system design packages. The position offers hands-on work with domain experts in sensors development, data analytics, and cybersecurity, supporting the testing and fielding of novel defense systems. Both hardware- and software-focused candidates are encouraged to apply. Travel is required for off-site test activities. Candidates must be able to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required by the U.S. Government for this clearance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and at least two years of relevant experience. STR describes itself as a growing technology company working in defense, intelligence, and national security, and says it fosters a collaborative learning environment that recognizes team members' contributions.
