About The Position

Card-Monroe is seeking a Systems Integration and Application Administrator to design, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications and integrations that connect the business. The role supports secure, reliable data flows across platforms by managing APIs, supporting web infrastructure, and developing integration solutions to improve efficiency and digital capabilities throughout the organization.

The administrator oversees business applications and web environments, builds and maintains automated CI/CD pipelines, integrates software platforms to automate workflows, and diagnoses performance, integration, and web support issues. The role collaborates with teams across the organization to deliver scalable solutions and maintains documentation for system architectures, data flows, integration mappings, and procedures.

Requirements

• Mid-to-senior level experience in systems administration, application support, or enterprise integration.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting APIs.
• Strong foundation in web development fundamentals.
• Basic-to-intermediate database query skills for data extraction and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ERP support or enterprise application architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and manage APIs to move data securely and reliably between enterprise systems.
• Configure, administer, and maintain the day-to-day health of business applications and web environments.
