About The Position

Card-Monroe is seeking a Systems Integration and Application Administrator to design, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications and integrations. The role ensures data flows securely and reliably across platforms by managing APIs, supporting web infrastructure, and developing integration solutions that improve efficiency and strengthen the organization’s digital capabilities.

The administrator owns the configuration and day-to-day health of key business applications and web environments, builds and maintains automated CI/CD pipelines, and connects software platforms to automate workflows and reduce manual data entry. The role also diagnoses performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and web support issues; collaborates with teams across the organization to deliver scalable application solutions; and maintains clear documentation of architectures, data flows, integration mappings, and procedures.

Requirements

• Mid-to-senior-level experience in systems administration, application support, or enterprise integration.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting APIs.
• A strong foundation in web development fundamentals.
• Basic-to-intermediate database query skills for data extraction and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ERP support or enterprise application architecture.
