The Systems Estimating Supervisor will support estimating teams across ATS while helping improve consistency, training, tools, and estimating processes company-wide. This individual will work closely with estimators, operations leaders, sales teams, and software developers to improve estimating quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience with building automation systems or system integration required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and mentor both new employees and experienced team members
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning and testing new software tools and technologies
  • Motivated professional seeking continued career growth and leadership opportunities
  • Minimum 3 years of estimating or controls design experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform and support DDC, PLC, equipment, low voltage, and performance contracting estimating activities
  • Review estimates & proposals for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Assist with estimator development, onboarding, and technical training
  • Support estimating standards and best practices across multiple teams
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering leadership
  • Test and provide feedback on ATS estimating software tools
  • Assist with rollout and evaluation of new software and AI-driven estimating features
  • Help improve estimating workflows, templates, and internal processes
  • Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Benefits

  • Annual base salary ranges from $95,000 – 115,000 depending on experience
