The Systems Estimating Supervisor will support estimating teams across ATS while helping improve consistency, training, tools, and estimating processes company-wide. This individual will work closely with estimators, operations leaders, sales teams, and software developers to improve estimating quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

Experience with building automation systems or system integration required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and mentor both new employees and experienced team members
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Comfortable learning and testing new software tools and technologies
Motivated professional seeking continued career growth and leadership opportunities
Minimum 3 years of estimating or controls design experience

Responsibilities

Perform and support DDC, PLC, equipment, low voltage, and performance contracting estimating activities
Review estimates & proposals for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Assist with estimator development, onboarding, and technical training
Support estimating standards and best practices across multiple teams
Collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering leadership
Test and provide feedback on ATS estimating software tools
Assist with rollout and evaluation of new software and AI-driven estimating features
Help improve estimating workflows, templates, and internal processes
Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
