About The Position
The Systems Estimating Supervisor will support estimating teams across ATS while helping improve consistency, training, tools, and estimating processes company-wide. This individual will work closely with estimators, operations leaders, sales teams, and software developers to improve estimating quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Requirements
- Experience with building automation systems or system integration required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and mentor both new employees and experienced team members
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable learning and testing new software tools and technologies
- Motivated professional seeking continued career growth and leadership opportunities
- Minimum 3 years of estimating or controls design experience
Responsibilities
- Perform and support DDC, PLC, equipment, low voltage, and performance contracting estimating activities
- Review estimates & proposals for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Assist with estimator development, onboarding, and technical training
- Support estimating standards and best practices across multiple teams
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering leadership
- Test and provide feedback on ATS estimating software tools
- Assist with rollout and evaluation of new software and AI-driven estimating features
- Help improve estimating workflows, templates, and internal processes
- Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Benefits
- Annual base salary ranges from $95,000 – 115,000 depending on experience
