About The Position

The Boeing Company’s Defense, Space, and Security organization is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead requirements, verification, and integration efforts for next-generation air-refueling applications in the Puget Sound area. The role supports major development programs and the integration, test, and operation of the KC-46A Pegasus. The position is based 100% onsite in Tukwila, Washington, and involves working with interdisciplinary teams across aerial refueling, avionics, flight controls, communications, and mission systems to integrate, test, and deliver aircraft systems. The position combines systems engineering discipline, airplane systems knowledge, and hands-on integration and test operations to support Boeing’s mission to enable global reach for U.S. and allied forces. The role may be filled at Level 3, Level 4, or Level 5, with experience expectations of 2, 5, or 9 or more years, respectively, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must be U.S. citizens able to obtain and maintain a post-start Secret clearance. The position must meet U.S. export control requirements, and Boeing will not sponsor employment visas. This is a union-represented position and is not safety sensitive. Relocation is offered subject to candidate eligibility. The role is not contingent upon program award.
