About The Position

Join a high-performing team within a mission-focused organization and provide direct support to a national security-critical weapon system throughout engineering development, deployment, and sustainment. The role also supports management of internal program requirements for the Sentinel program. Perform architectural duties for the program, including developing and implementing policies to ensure systems meet business requirements; defining systems requirements based on user needs, cost, and integration; and defining technical standards and functionality tests. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with a master’s degree.
Experience with IBM Rational DOORS.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Active Secret clearance and willingness or ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms.
Able to use a computer screen for prolonged periods while sitting or standing at a desk.
Adhere to safety protocols in work areas requiring personal protective equipment.
Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree.
Direct experience with the Sentinel or MMIII weapon systems.
Experience with MBSE and Dassault’s Cameo or other MBSE tools such as Rhapsody.
Experience with Technical Performance Measures (TPMs).
Experience with Risk Management.
Experience with Primavera P6.
Experience with SysML.
Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
