About The Position

Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer for Simulation and Training Products. Our products are used to represent the world’s most advanced combat systems, supporting a variety of mission areas and uses. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of systems engineering principles and system integration and test. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Foundation in systems engineering principles, including requirements allocation, system integration and test or Linux/Unix based real-time systems.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java and/or C++/C.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • This position will require a government security clearance.
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Model-Based Engineering, Model-Driven Architecture, and/or Systems Modeling Language (SysML).
  • Experience with system integration and testing associated with software requirements verification and software system regression.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
  • Familiarity with UNIX and/or LINUX.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment.
