The salary range of this position is $160,000.00 - $195,000.00 and is commensurate with experience. This position is not eligible for remote work; on-site support is required. Requirements

Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related scientific discipline OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related scientific discipline with 4 years of additional work experience (14 years total)
Degree obtained from an accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
10 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of weapons system architectures that resist reverse engineering
Programmatic/Technical knowledge identifying, formulating, designing and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems
Experience guiding the engineering development of modern complex systems
Experience with application of systems engineering methods and tools in the development of weapon systems
Experience in Systems Engineering, SSE and Anti-Tamper related to weapon systems and platforms
Experience in DoD Systems Acquisition Life Cycle
Experience with Anti-Tamper (AT) Critical Program Information (CPI)
AT plans and procedures
AT Key Management Plans (KMPS's)
AT & V&V Plans
AT SOW's
Tri-Service Committee (TSC) briefs for submittal
FMS and export planning
Cryptographical methods
Holistic SSE
DoD Top Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Performs programmatic or technical leadership roles in an organization identifying, formulating, designing and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems
Guides the engineering development of modern complex systems
Employs systems engineering methods and tools in the development of advanced complex systems
Conducts research in applied systems engineering to advance the field
Participates and provides inputs to Anti-Tamper (AT) solutions throughout the program life cycle
Implements AT policies, instructions, guidance, in systems development
Participates in identification of weapon system critical program information (CPI) and determination of consequence of compromise
Conducts system trade-off analysis in recommending a reasonable AT solution
Develops and advocates AT contractual requirements in support of developmental programs
Facilitates evaluation of weapons system architectures for compliance to protection standards
Coordinates with program, service, Joint and Department of Defense agencies to ensure system horizontal protection requirements are met
Assists the Navy Verification & Validation (V&V) team with assessment of AT designs and solutions
Supports program risk management, mitigation and reporting
Communicates across the technical teams to share information, address issues and accelerate pace of new development
Serves as a Technical Review Board (TRB) member for systems technical events providing AT/SSE expertise
