About The Position
Resolves computer hardware and software applications used by Manatee Health customers on the Local and Wide Area Networks. Installs, tests, and troubleshoots software and hardware applications on workstations, servers, and network devices. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required
- CompTIA A+ Certification required
- Minimum of five (5) years of PC hardware and software support in a Microsoft environment required
- Minimum of five (5) years of Active Directory experience required
- Minimum of five (5) years of virtualization technology experience (for example, VMWare) required
- Minimum of five (5) years of Server Patching/Management experience required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Cisco devices and Single Sign-on required
Nice To Haves
- Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) Certification preferred
- Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred
