About The Position
EverWatch is a government solutions company providing advanced defense, intelligence, and deployed support for critical missions. The Systems Analyst is a client-facing data analyst on the National Security team, working with clients to understand their questions and needs and analyze data-rich environments. The role involves explaining what the data means and advising clients on how it can inform national defense. It combines consulting and big-data analysis to develop data-centric solutions for the space intelligence mission.
Requirements
- Experience performing data-processing tasks independently.
- Experience leading and guiding data-processing functions and driving innovation in data-processing methodologies.
- Ability to contribute to the advancement of data-processing capabilities.
- Ability to interpret and communicate strategic guidance to the team.
- Top Secret clearance with a polygraph; the posting also specifies TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree and experience performing data-analysis tasks, or at least 3 years of experience performing data-analysis tasks in lieu of a degree.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with military personnel at Buckley Space Force Base.
- Knowledge of ELINT databases within the Intelligence Community.
- Ability to perform functions within the Microsoft suite of programs.
Responsibilities
- Support client and stakeholder relationships using data analytics expertise.
- Research, develop, and test data methodologies.
- Generate cross-functional solutions through advanced processing of large data sets.
- Contribute to impactful work and guide decision-making across multiple organizations.
- Simplify technical requirements and trends for different audiences.
- Present data findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using knowledge of databases, scripting languages, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes.
- Visualize data in formats such as graphs, tables, and PowerPoint slides.
- Develop communication and technical skills by combining consulting and big-data work to create data-centric solutions for the space intelligence mission.
