About The Position

The Systems Analyst supports software development initiatives by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications. The role works with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions for complex financial business processes and organizational needs. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise and leadership experience, can translate business requirements into effective software solutions, and ensures development standards and quality assurance practices are followed. The position also provides technical guidance across the software development lifecycle, contributes to technical roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives, and promotes development best practices. It requires working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing multiple priorities and project deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 7 years of software development experience, including lead developer or development management responsibilities.
At least 5 years of experience with development technologies and relational databases, including Azure SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Experience developing and maintaining applications that support complex business processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead development efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Ability to analyze complex systems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor development team members, and support collaboration.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across distributed teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET technologies.
Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks, including Entity Framework and NHibernate.
Experience supporting financial systems, enterprise applications, or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Experience with software testing, quality assurance, and application performance improvement.
