About The Position

This role requires a Systems Analyst with extensive experience in the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS). The analyst will be responsible for various testing phases, summarizing results, reporting defects, and developing custom reports. The contractor must provide their own equipment, but access to a virtual desktop will be provided.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using and configuring the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS)
• 5+ years of experience with Component Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, and/or Acceptance Testing
• 5+ years of experience summarizing testing results and reporting defects
• 5+ years of experience developing custom reports

Nice To Haves

• Experience providing end-user instruction
• Experience using SQL
• Experience in Requirements Gathering, Software Analysis, and Design
• Previous experience in State Government
• Previous experience with System Maintenance and Operations
• Experience testing Judicial or Case Management Systems
• Experience in delivery of training
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
