About The Position
This role requires a Business Analyst with extensive experience in Medicaid IT Services and various tools such as ChangeMan, Translator Tool, and BMC Footprints. The analyst will be responsible for QA testing, particularly for upgrades. Candidates must possess their own equipment (laptop, monitor, etc.) as the company will not provide it. Access to a virtual desktop will be provided for system and technology access.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Medicaid IT Services
- 5+ years of experience with ChangeMan Tool
- 2+ years of experience with Translator Tool
- 5+ years of experience with BMC Footprints ticketing system
- 3+ years of experience with QA testing (upgrades)

- SQL
- Mainframe Cobol
