About The Position

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst to provide project management support to new and existing projects and programs for on-site Bettis Construction Projects. Areas supported will include: project planning and scheduling utilizing an Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6, resource management, budgeting and cost control, measuring project performance, change control, risk management, coordination and integration of project team efforts, communication with project stakeholders, portfolio management, development of procedures and guides, management of SharePoint sites, and management of project information in other business systems (e.g., Integrated Work Management System). There is a 30-year portfolio of projects, and you will also have the opportunity to lead improvement initiatives so there will always be something exciting to work on.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • All candidates must be U.S. citizens.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified matter.
  • All candidates must be able to pass a drug test in compliance with FMP company policy and 10 CFR 707.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera
  • Experience managing financial information
  • Coursework or experience in project management

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with business intelligence software (e.g., PowerBI)
