About The Position

This role focuses on digital accessibility, requiring expertise in VPAT analysis, accessibility risk documentation, technical writing, and the interpretation and application of accessibility standards. The selected candidate will need to provide their own equipment, as Lumen and its clients will not supply laptops or monitors. Access to a virtual desktop environment will be provided for system and technology access.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with digital accessibility and VPAT analysis
• 3+ years of experience with accessibility risk documentation and technical writing
• 3+ years of experience with accessibility standards interpretation and applied compliance support

Nice To Haves

• Formal training or certifications related to digital accessibility, WCAG, or Section 508
• Experience working in higher education, government, or other regulated environments
• Experience with procurement or institutional governance processes
