About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives. This role involves understanding business objectives, analyzing requirements, and delivering data-driven solutions. The Employee will help our organization to identify and bridge the gap that exists in the business by analyzing the data, scale and support digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years with Informatica tools: PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, Entity360
• 10+ years implementing Master Data and Reference Data solutions (Informatica MDM preferred)
• 10+ years implementing data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years working with large-scale data in Snowflake
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in healthcare or public health environments
• Prior experience with state agencies
• Experience with Python scripting for automation and API integration
• Prior state/government project experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify system solutions
• Perform cost/benefit analysis of alternatives
• Work with stakeholders to understand operational procedures and data needs
• Document detailed functional and technical requirements
• Evaluate system capabilities and feasibility of enhancements
• Support enterprise data governance and master data initiatives
