About The Position

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing LAN and WAN, maintaining hardware and software inventories and licensing, and troubleshooting PC hardware and software. This role involves supervising technicians, managing user IDs, writing procedures, developing training, identifying technological improvements, implementing new technology, and participating in design teams for integrated data systems. A career development plan is also a component of this role.

Responsibilities

Act as LAN and WAN administrator.
Assure an accurate hardware/software inventory is maintained.
Assure all software/hardware licensing and maintenance agreement are maintained.
Supervise Technimark or contracted technicians via Help Desk work orders.
Troubleshoot and maintain all PC hardware and software.
Maintain a list of all administrative, user and network IDs and provide designated Technimark manager with an updated copy.
Write hardware/software user procedures.
Develop and implement documented software/hardware training.
Identify areas company-wide where new or updated technology will provide the opportunity for continual improvement.
Implement new or updated technology by obtaining quotes and working with Vendors/Contractors.
Participate with a design team developing integrated data systems to better serve internal and external Customers.
Maintain a Career development plan.
