AEITS, a GTSC company, seeks a Systems Administrator, Tier 2, Level 2. This role provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. The position may involve coaching and guiding less-experienced professionals. The administrator will apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions. Remote support will be provided through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites. The role also involves identifying, investigating, resolving, and following up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.
