About The Position

AEITS, a GTSC company, seeks a Systems Administrator, Tier 2, Level 3. This is a shift work position, working Saturday to Wednesday from 10 PM to 2 AM. All work is on-site, in-person in a SCIF environment. This is not a hybrid or remote position. The role requires a Top Secret SCI clearance with an appropriate polygraph. The compensation is between $97,000 and $105,000.

Responsibilities

Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
