Requirements

  • Top Secret/SCI clearance must currently be possessed.
  • Must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph.
  • DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract.
  • IAT II 8570 Baseline Certification -Sec+CE or equivalent.
  • 10 + years of related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint).
  • Experience managing domains, auditing permissions, developing disaster recovery strategies, providing technical support, and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Position may require lifting of objects (i.e. IT Hardware), reaching/bending/kneeling (i.e. plug in cables) and other moderately strenuous activity.
  • US Citizenship Required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and lead activities related to system administration.
  • Manage domains, audit user permissions across platforms, and enforce compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Develop disaster recovery strategies and provide technical support to users.
  • Install, maintain, configure, and ensure the integrity of computer software and operating systems.
  • Implement OS enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
  • Administer desktop and server systems connected to local and wide-area networks, including account monitoring, security, OS installation, and related functions.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
  • Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution.
  • Support status communications and escalations to agency management and customers.
  • Manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, install/load OS and application software, and resolve hardware/software issues across systems and infrastructure components.
  • Integrate new technologies into existing systems, including transition and migration of corporate systems.
