About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join their rapidly growing team! Responsible for supporting servers, current hardware, storage, virtual infrastructures with VMs, new hardware, and resources. Responsible for day-to-day operations, creating/deleting VMs, security updates, troubleshooting, resolving issues, managing tickets (Jira). Familiar with automation tools and building of workflows. Responsible for keeping networks up-to-date utilizing industry best practices and be able to advise on system and network designs, mission architectures, and simplify and streamline network maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix)
• Experience with Ubuntu
• Familiar with System and Network security policies and able to implement policies
• Able to build VMs.
• Experience with Ansible
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with system hardware
• Experience with NetBox
• Managing SLURM Cluster management experience
• DevOp experience
• An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• BS + 15 years experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer systems and networks (monitoring, patching, troubleshooting).
• Maintaining and deploying VMs.
• Assist in annual inventory activities.
• Create and maintain system and network documentation.
• Responsive to users.
• Set up enclaves.
