Systems Administrator L3 - Networks, Hardware, VMs
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join their rapidly growing team! May have to travel to LTS (College Park) to support systems/networks. Responsible for supporting servers, current hardware, storage, virtual infrastructures with VMs, new hardware, and resources. Responsible for day-to-day operations, creating/deleting VMs, security updates, troubleshooting, resolving issues, managing tickets (Jira). Familiar with automation tools and building of workflows. Responsible for keeping networks up-to-date utilizing industry best practices and be able to advise on system and network designs, mission architectures, and simplify and streamline network maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
- Experience with Ubuntu.
- Familiar with System and Network security policies and able to implement policies.
- Experience with SSPs, Authentication, Compliance, and Monitoring.
- GPU experience.
- Experience with Ansible.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with system hardware.
- Experience with NetBox.
- Cluster management experience.
- An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
- BS + 15 years experience.

- Familiar with automation tools and building of workflows.
- STE/STN DevOp experience.
- Demonstrates follow through on policies and tasking.
- Update Jira tickets, resolve issues, and close tickets.
Responsibilities
