About The Position

Technology Resource Experts, LLC is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join their rapidly growing team! This role is responsible for supporting servers, current hardware, storage, virtual infrastructures with VMs, new hardware, and resources. The position involves day-to-day operations, creating/deleting VMs, applying security updates, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and managing tickets using Jira. The ideal candidate will be familiar with automation tools and building workflows. Responsibilities include keeping networks up-to-date utilizing industry best practices, advising on system and network designs, mission architectures, and simplifying and streamlining network maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix)
  • Experience with Ubuntu
  • Familiar with System and Network security policies and able to implement policies
  • Experience with Ansible
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with system hardware
  • Experience with NetBox
  • SLURM Cluster management experience
  • DevOp experience
  • An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
  • BS + 15 years experience

Responsibilities

  • Supporting servers, current hardware, storage, virtual infrastructures with VMs, new hardware, and resources.
  • Day-to-day operations, creating/deleting VMs, security updates, troubleshooting, resolving issues, managing tickets (Jira).
  • Keeping networks up-to-date utilizing industry best practices.
