As they continue to grow, they are strengthening their global IT capability, and this role is a key part of that journey. This is a hybrid role where you’ll split your time between hands-on user support and managing core IT systems. The role involves supporting engineers and office teams with business-critical issues, acting as a key escalation point for complex technical problems, managing and improving systems across Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint environments, helping build a more secure, efficient, and scalable IT function, and contributing to follow-the-sun support across global operations.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or a hybrid role
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
A proactive, customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Tier 1–2)
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Manage users and access in Active Directory and Entra ID
Administer Windows Server and cloud-based systems (Azure)
Manage endpoints using Intune (and ideally JAMF)
Support security initiatives including MFA, least privilege, and endpoint protection
Monitor systems, backups, and respond to incidents
Contribute to projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement
