This is a hybrid role where you’ll split your time between hands-on user support and managing core IT systems. The role involves supporting engineers and office teams with business-critical issues, acting as a key escalation point for complex technical problems, managing and improving systems across Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint environments, helping build a more secure, efficient, and scalable IT function, and contributing to follow-the-sun support across global operations.
