Requirements

  • Full-cycle administration of G&A related SaaS tools, including OneLogin (SSO/IAM), Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and Slack.
  • Identify, build, and maintain cross-platform integrations and automations using n8n and AI tools where appropriate.
  • Manage user lifecycles, permissions, and security groups to ensure continuous compliance with SOC/ISO audit requirements.
  • Oversee the Apple hardware fleet using Iru (formerly Kandji) for comprehensive device management, patching, and compliance.
  • Leverage AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Atlassian Rovo to improve internal integrations and documentation efficiency.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and system integration diagrams.
  • Act as the Tier 2 escalation point for the Service Desk, resolving complex macOS hardware and software-specific issues.
  • Manage and maintain the Jira ticketing system, focusing on refining workflows and enhancing reporting capabilities.
  • Identify and propose scalability initiatives to streamline time-consuming business procedures and reduce organizational "drag."
  • Provide "white-glove" support for internal stakeholders to ensure a frictionless experience in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
