About The Position

The System Technician II maintains, constructs, and tests electrical components using schematics and drawings. The technician ensures systems and components meet required specifications, works independently as well as collaboratively, and reports to a supervisor. The role is based in Beverly, Massachusetts, and includes up to 50–70% worldwide travel.

Requirements

• Four to six years of electrical and mechanical experience or knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask between projects.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; basic computer skills are also specified, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability and mobility to work in tight locations and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Passport and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to understand procedures, documentation, and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or electrical certification course preferred.
• Knowledge of Jira and PLM/ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical assemblies using schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and keep the production area neat and tidy.
• Manage multiple projects and complete them on time.
• Maintain inventory of job materials.
• Follow procedures, documentation, and verbal instructions.
