Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in written and oral to communicate effectively with customers and team
- Computer Science or related major
- At least 1 year experience in IT support and services
- Basic IT knowledge in Linux, network and Database performance
- Be patient and be able to analyze situations at customer Sites
- Self-driven, customer-focused, striving to achieve customer success
Nice To Haves
- warehousing experience is preferred
- Excellent In Database SQL, crystal report experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for Geek+ System and customers while providing quick responses and solutions
- Record all events in SS ticket system
- Be able to prioritize events and escalate issues according to the impact and severity
- Assist Technical L2 Support in PROD issues
- Assist Hardware Support and other teams in PROD issues
- Document and maintain system knowledge for internal team
