Central Plains Center is seeking a System Support Specialist to provide help desk customer service and answer user inquiries regarding computer software, hardware operation, and the use and interface of systems and software applications. This role will also provide operational assistance in the implementation and use of computer hardware and software, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving computer-related problems. The work involves operating automated office equipment such as personal computers, and other comparable equipment in either a stand-alone, network or server environment. The specialist will also provide training to agency staff in the implementation and use of automated systems, assist in inventory management of technology resources and assets, and assist in routine database activities, such as pulling data for reports and data entry.
