About The Position

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive end-user support and managing various devices and systems. Key responsibilities include deploying and maintaining operating systems and applications, administering cloud services like Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The position also involves supporting network infrastructure, conference room technology, and specialized production/manufacturing systems. The analyst will be expected to automate routine tasks using scripting languages and ensure the smooth operation of all supported technologies.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and desktop hardware support.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and system administration.
  • Working knowledge of macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, switching, wireless networking, and structured cabling.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
  • Python development and automation experience.
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW or industrial automation systems.
  • Experience supporting thermal printers, barcode scanners, and warehouse technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking equipment and enterprise infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows 11, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Configure user accounts, email, printers, peripherals, and collaboration tools.
  • Perform workstation imaging, deployment, upgrades, and replacements.
  • Utilize command-line tools and scripting to automate routine administrative tasks.
  • Support hardware including laptops, desktops, docking stations, monitors, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide remote and onsite support using Microsoft Teams, Remote Desktop, and other support tools.
  • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with users at all organizational levels to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Install, organize, and maintain structured cabling and network equipment.
  • Perform Ethernet cable termination and validation.
  • Support network switches, wireless infrastructure, and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Maintain network closets and equipment rooms according to company standards.
  • Follow established change management and operational procedures.
  • Support conference room displays, audiovisual equipment, and meeting technologies.
  • Diagnose and resolve meeting-related technology issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Provide support during executive, customer, and team meetings when required.
  • Ensure conference room technology remains functional and ready for use.
  • Support manufacturing and warehouse technologies used in daily operations.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and browser automation tools.
  • Support LabVIEW applications and basic industrial automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot Zebra and Tharo thermal printers and labeling solutions.
  • Support RF scanners, handheld barcode scanners, and industrial scale systems.
  • Work closely with operations teams to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
