Requirements

Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service mindset with patience and empathy.
Strong problem solving skills.
Associates of Arts in Computer Science, Eletronics Engineering, or equivalent or a Two Year Technical School degree PLUS 3 Years of experience
Four (4) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and requirements to recommend/solve business issues.
Articulate complex processes and requirements, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences.
Collecting, interpreting, and presenting VA data to support decision-making.
Supporting VA project managers by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Providing training and documentation for end users (Veterans, clinicians, VA staff)
