PeopleTec is currently seeking a Mid-Level System Administrator to support our Huntsville, AL location. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of business processing requirements. The administrator will perform software installations and upgrades, schedule and maintain them in accordance with IT policies, and monitor and tune the system for optimal performance. Data integrity will be ensured through appropriate software and hardware solutions, and recoverability will be managed via system backups and archive operations. The position also involves developing standard operating procedures, conducting audits for compliance, and maintaining a comprehensive configuration database and documentation.
