Requirements

• 10 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Proven expertise in administering Red Hat OpenShift clusters
• Strong scripting proficiency (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and practices
• Exceptional documentation skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing NFS on NetApp platforms
• Familiarity with containerized environments and virtualization
• Knowledge of advanced security practices in Linux environments

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers to support robust system performance
• Administer and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters, including provisioning VM and containerized workloads
• Manage operators and oversee all aspects of security, patching, and upgrade cycles for Linux systems
• Ensure continuous uptime and reliability for mission-critical applications
• Implement and manage storage solutions, with a focus on NFS and NetApp platforms
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
• Utilize advanced scripting to automate administrative tasks and streamline operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance system capabilities
