Job Summary and Responsibilities Job Summary / Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Financials Subject Matter Expert (SME) to play a critical role in optimizing our enterprise Workday ERP system. This individual will leverage deep expertise in financial and business processes to drive the configuration, ongoing maintenance, and strategic enhancement of Workday Financials. Key contributions include developing sophisticated custom reports and dashboards (including Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics) to provide actionable financial and operational insights, leading comprehensive system upgrades, and delivering high-level (Tier 2/3) support and training to end-users. The SME will be instrumental in collaborating with Finance and IT to ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, and continuously improve financial processes across the organization.
