About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Workday HR & Finance Operations Consultant to join our team. This role requires a strong functional and operational background in HR or Finance, coupled with a deep understanding of Workday. You will be responsible for advising clients on best practices, optimizing business processes, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation within the Workday ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday experience
• Strong functional/operational background in HR or Finance operations
• Understanding of business processes (payroll, benefits, compensation, financial planning)
• Workday configuration knowledge

Nice To Haves

• Dual expertise in both HCM AND Finance modules
• Former operations manager (payroll, HR ops, finance ops) turned Workday consultant
• Business process redesign experience
• Change management capabilities
• Training and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities
