About The Position

Capstone Logistics is hiring an experienced Yard Driver/Switcher to move trailers safely and efficiently within the yard, supporting warehouse sorting and the processing of merchandise for shipment or storage. The role involves driving and operating a vehicle at speeds under 15 mph around the warehouse, storage lot, and staging area. Drivers must be able to operate on asphalt, concrete, and gravel surfaces in all environments and lift and carry loads ranging from 25 to 75 pounds. Roll On/Roll Off experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 25 to 75 pounds.
• Ability to drive and operate a vehicle under 15 mph in and around the warehouse, storage lot, and staging area.
• Ability to drive on asphalt, concrete, and gravel surfaces in all environments.
