About The Position

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of the Nook Brand, is seeking an experienced Swiss Machinist for its Swiss department. The role produces small, advanced precision components and owns the full setup-to-run process, ensuring quality at the source, sustaining throughput, and collaborating with teammates to keep work flowing smoothly. This is a fully onsite position and is for the 3rd shift.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes.
Demonstrated proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Mitsubishi controls and the ability to read and edit G-code/M-code programs.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong math and blueprint-reading skills.
Effective communication skills; ability to follow written and verbal directions and contribute to a team environment.
Must meet applicable State Department policies and procedures to be eligible for the position.

Nice To Haves

Citizen Swiss machine experience.
Experience operating multiple Swiss CNC machines.
Experience supporting prototype or new product introduction activities.

Responsibilities

Configure, set up, and operate CNC Swiss machines to meet tight tolerances and surface-finish requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints and operation drawings, applying GD&T principles.
Use Mitsubishi controls to load, adjust, and execute machining programs; adjust G-code and M-code as needed.
Perform in-process and final inspections using precision gauges and measurement instruments.
Perform tooling changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting.
Document work accurately, follow established procedures, and collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
