About The Position

TekPro is a direct-hire recruiting firm partnered with leading manufacturing companies. We are currently hiring for multiple Swiss CNC Machining roles with a growing medical device manufacturer known for precision, quality, and a clean, high-tech environment. There are openings for Senior Swiss Machinist on 1st Shift and Swiss CNC Operators on 2nd and 3rd Shifts. These are direct-hire, full-time positions.

Requirements

• Experience with Swiss CNC machining (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar preferred)
• Ability to work in a tight-tolerance, high-precision environment
• Strong setup, troubleshooting, and programming edits experience (for senior role)
• Solid machining foundation and willingness to learn and grow (for operators)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical device manufacturing is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize Swiss CNC machines
• Work with tight tolerances and complex medical components
• Edit programs, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements
• Mentor operators and support production efficiency
• Operate Swiss CNC machines in a production environment
• Perform inspections and maintain quality standards
• Load/unload parts and monitor machine performance
• Follow work instructions and support team productivity
