Requirements

• Manufacturing, CNC, or production experience preferred
• Ability to work assigned shifts (1st, A, or B Shift)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team players ready to grow their careers
• Hands-on setup capability (for CNC Machinists)
• Experienced operators ready to grow (for CNC Operators)
• Exceptional attention to detail (for Visual Inspectors / Micro Deburrers)
• Advanced CNC programming skills (for Manufacturing Engineers)
• Ability to maintain and repair production equipment (for Maintenance Mechanic)
• Ability to support assembly and production tasks (for Production Floater / Assembler)

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC mills or lathes
• Interpret blueprints, dial in tooling, and verify first-piece quality
• Load/unload parts and monitor CNC machines for stable production
• Complete basic quality checks and document results
• Inspect small precision components under magnification
• Perform careful micro deburring to spec
• Create and optimize CNC programs for milling or turning
• Improve processes and partner closely with production teams
• Maintain and repair production equipment for maximum uptime
• Troubleshoot issues and execute preventive maintenance
• Support assembly and production tasks across departments
• Flex to where the team needs you most
