This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both run machines and lead a team in a high-quality manufacturing environment. Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with CNC machining (milling and/or turning)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a precision machining environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and improve machining processes
- Strong understanding of quality standards and inspection
- Leadership mindset with the ability to hold a team accountable
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of machinists on the shop floor
- Oversee daily production, scheduling, and workflow
- Jump in on machines as needed (mills or lathes)
- Troubleshoot machining and process issues
- Ensure quality standards and production targets are met
- Train and mentor team members
