Requirements

Experience with CNC or Swiss machining
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability
Skilled with measuring tools; able to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
Comfort working off-shifts (2nd or 3rd)
Hands-on experience specifically with Swiss machines—not just general maintenance.

Nice To Haves

Background in medical or regulated manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

Run high-precision CNC and Swiss-style machines with a focus on repeatable excellence.
Set up for runs, load/unload parts, and keep production cycles on track
Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments
Hold tight tolerances and meet stringent quality requirements
Follow SOPs, maintain documentation, and keep work areas clean and organized
Perform maintenance and repair on Swiss CNC machines
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues methodically
Execute and support preventative maintenance programs
Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams
