Our amazing, mission-based organization is looking for a FUN Swim staff to work onsite at our pool. Our teachers have the opportunity to change someone’s life! Requirements

Must be 18 and a high school graduate or equivalent.
Reliable, nurturing, energetic, and love to have fun.

Responsibilities

Teach swim lessons following the British Swim School curriculum and teaching methods.
Ensure the safety of all students during lessons.
Create a positive, fun, and supportive learning environment.
Build relationships with students and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Track student progress and encourage advancement through skill levels.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment.
Attend required training sessions and staff meetings.
